* No additional Admin costs will be charged outside the Bundled prices. 

* Grazing/Snack boxes and a single use camera included in most Bundles - Camera (sufficient for up to  4 visitations). Film processing fees are at the clients cost. The Customised Bundle is minus these items and a Report is costed seperately.

* Bundles include Report Writing

* Weekend worker Penalty rates apply

* Minimum booking times for weekends - 3 hours - 2 hours visitation (1 hr pre and post ) unless otherwise agreed by the Service. 

* Children under 5 years of age - 1.5hrs - 2 hrs is recommended as the max visitation hrs.

* Travel costs - 0.90c per km from Contact Centre. (outside a 5km radius)

* Bundle 5 - Suitable for Non Court Ordered Supervised Visitations ONLY. Reports available by request at an additional fee of $80.

* Minimum booking time is 1 hour.

Charged for 2hrs to cover compulsory costs.
