Supervised Contact Services – Fees Schedule

Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Intake, Assessment & Administration (Compulsory) - $85 - $170 per party (depending on complexity) of each situation. Payable up front and before any Visitation is planned. Non refundable. 

Includes family history, risk assessment, and all relevant information pertaining to the child/ren such as medical and welfare concerns. Any Court Orders or Parenting Plans must be provided for documentation before Visitations go ahead.

Meet & Greet 

A brief 30 minute child & parent introduction session conducted prior to Visitation.

$85 phr 

Ongoing Support

Includes any correspondence post Intake.
Scheduling, coordination and liaison with case workers and legal teams.
Support for the constructive management and resolution of parent–parent issues that may affect contact arrangements. * Negotiation not mediation *
Providing appropriate referrals and connections to relevant support services and community resources. 

Where possible, Information relating to the scheduling and coordination of supervised visitations will be communicated to both parties in a transparent, timely, and consistent manner. This approach ensures that Coffs Coast Contact Services maintains its impartial and neutral position, while providing both parties with equal access to relevant scheduling information.

Fee $85 phour

Supervised Contact Visits

Safe, supported time between parents and children.

Weekday: $100 - $140 per hour

Saturday: $100 -$180 per hour

Sunday: $125 - $200 per hour 

Public Holidays: Extra Fees apply 

Payable upfront- Fees for weekend visitations must be finalised by 3pm Thursday prior and funds cleared.

Written Reports

Clear, factual documentation of supervised visits. Observational and contemporaneous in style. 

* Parents - please note. These reports can be requested and will be sent to your Legal Representatives.

Paid prior to preparation. 

* Parents - Where one parent is incurring all costs, an admin fee will be charged to email a second or third lawyer/party. The Report fee will not be charged twice for the same visitation.

Parenting Plans

Coffs Coast Contact Services use an approved template and provide administrative assistance in recording  parents’ agreed arrangements. We are not qualified to give Legal advice. Have a family lawyer review your draft PP for peace if mind.
